4. Account Registration & Requirements

- Access and manage messages on your connected business accounts.
- Read incoming messages to process and respond via our AI.
- Send automated responses on your behalf.
- Access basic page/profile information necessary for integration.
- Manage conversation threads and message history.
4.3 Third-Party Platform Terms
You acknowledge that your use of third-party platforms (Meta, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) is subject to their respective terms of service and policies. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with those terms.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use our Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in deceptive practices.
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

8. Payment Terms
- Subscription Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.
- Billing Cycle: Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- Price Changes: We may modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
- Refunds: Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.
- Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes.
9. Intellectual Property
Our IP: VynAI retains all rights to our platform, technology, AI models, software, and related intellectual property.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the content and training data you provide. You grant us a license to use this content solely to provide the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VYNAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be discontinued.
- We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
- You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
12. Modifications to Terms
