We believe in transparency! VynAI is an actively evolving platform, and we're continuously building new modules and features to enhance your experience.

  • New Features Coming Soon: Some features showcased on our website may be in development and will be released progressively. General customers will receive access to new modules as they become available.
  • Enterprise Plan Holders: Our Enterprise plan customers enjoy priority access to all current and upcoming features, including advanced agentic AI capabilities.

VynAI provides an intelligent AI chatbot platform that enables businesses to automate customer interactions across multiple channels. Our Service includes:

4. Account Registration & Requirements

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into contracts.
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.

5. Platform Integrations & Permissions

To enable our AI chatbot to function across various platforms, you authorize us to:

  • Process visitor interactions and chat messages.
  • Collect necessary visitor information for chat functionality.

4.2 Social Media & Messaging Platforms

When you connect your social media or messaging accounts (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.), you grant us permission to:

  • Access and manage messages on your connected business accounts.
  • Read incoming messages to process and respond via our AI.
  • Send automated responses on your behalf.
  • Access basic page/profile information necessary for integration.
  • Manage conversation threads and message history.

4.3 Third-Party Platform Terms

You acknowledge that your use of third-party platforms (Meta, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) is subject to their respective terms of service and policies. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with those terms.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in deceptive practices.
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Interfere with or disrupt our Service or servers.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Use the Service for any fraudulent or harmful purpose.
  • Train the AI with false, misleading, or harmful information.
  • Violate third-party intellectual property rights.

7. AI Technology & Automated Responses

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Our AI technology may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete responses.
  • You are responsible for training the AI with accurate business information.
  • Critical or sensitive queries should be configured for human escalation.
  • We continuously improve our AI, which may result in changes to response behavior.
  • The AI's responses are based on the training data and information you provide.

8. Payment Terms

  • Subscription Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.
  • Billing Cycle: Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Price Changes: We may modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
  • Refunds: Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes.

9. Intellectual Property

Our IP: VynAI retains all rights to our platform, technology, AI models, software, and related intellectual property.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content and training data you provide. You grant us a license to use this content solely to provide the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VYNAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be discontinued.
  • We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
  • You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
